A “Celebrate Millburn-Short Hills Restaurant Week” street banner, as well as posters, will be prominently displayed throughout the Township. Information will also be available on Downtown Millburn and The Chamber of Commerce Facebook pages and websites. (See links below.)

Harry Roth, President of Downtown Millburn and principal of Eye Q Opticians on Main Street, said, “I’m delighted to see how many Township restaurants have embraced a concept that has had great success both in major cities and other suburban communities. Millburn-Short Hills Restaurant Week is a great way to mark the transition to Fall with pleasant indoor and outdoor dining, the best of Fall shopping and a chance to take advantage of all the Township has to offer.”

According to Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce President Ileana Martin-Novoa of Katz Novoa Architects in Short Hills, The Restaurant Week effort represents “the best of what our business community can do together. As Downtown Millburn and the Chamber of Commerce continue to develop the kinds of projects that encourage business growth, we can anticipate more Coalition ventures like this one,” she said.

Milburn-Short Hills Restaurant Week was created by the Millburn-Short Hills Business Coalition, (MSHBC), a joint effort of the Downtown Millburn, The Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce, and the Township of Millburn to promote business in the community.
