This year, we’ll be celebrating the 100th anniversary of our South Orange train station and we’ve partnered with SOPAC and other stakeholders to go after a National Creative Placemaking Fund to revitalize the pedestrian underpass/arcade outside of SOPAC into an amazing outdoor museum with public art and murals. [On Friday, Feb. 26], we recorded a short video to ArtPlace America to make a case for our community! Everyone keep your fingers crossed! A big special thanks to Mark Packer and Dee Billia [of South Orange Performing Arts Center] for bringing this opportunity our way.
