Maplewood, NJ’s All American 4th of July Celebration, organized by the Maplewood Civic Association, got off to a running start with a 5K race this morning at 7:30.
By 9 a.m., locals had donned their finest red, white and blue outfits and festooned their bikes, trikes and wagons for the parade.
After that, you could find the kids racing in the park — and blowing right past that finish line to head for the baking content tent!
