An image of a swastika was discovered on December 15. On January 5, images of swastikas and the “N word” were discovered.

Dr. Ronald Taylor was placed on administrative leave with a directive for non-renewal of his contact by votes of 6-3.

“After the many grievances aired during last night’s meeting, … it’s clear that the relationship between the superintendent and some members of the board has now become irrevocably broken. Our district will need new leadership next year.”

Board of Education members asked for more details, including timelines, budget numbers and measurable goals.
