Millburn Police arrested a livery cab driver and charged him with making terroristic threats and unlawful possession of a weapon for allegedly brandishing a knife and threatening a parking valet at the Short Hills Hilton on August 4.
The valet reported that the two men exchanged words over where the driver’s car should be located, said Sgt. Keith Laverty. The driver then reportedly brandished a knife and threatened the valet attendant, Laverty said.
After an investigation, the Millburn Police Detective Bureau arrested Terry L. Estwick, 56, of Orange, on August 6, said Laverty. He was released pending a court date.
