One resident asked, “If I said, ‘I’m gonna buy the movie theater tomorrow,’ I can do whatever I want, right? Within the current guidelines, I’m trying to understand what exactly we’re doing.” The consultant said the redevelopment plan would change the regulations that apply to the properties, giving the town flexibility when it comes to making the specific changes they want for the location.
