The Board of Education unanimously passed a resolution to allow the District to join the litigation to hold accountable companies like Meta, TikTok and YouTube for a mental health crisis among young people and the costs associated with it.

The move to form the committee comes after a difficult and contentious 2024-25 school budget cycle.
