“I felt like I was being set up to fail,” said a CHS junior who is both an athlete and has accommodations for tests.

A previous release had claimed the number of all CHS students scoring 3 or higher on AP exams increased by 10% — the new release states it is only the number of SENIORS achieving that score that increased.

The Yawbots team scored near the top in all three phases of the tournament and will be competing at the Regional Championship on December 9 & 10th at Mt. Olive High School.

BOE Prez said the board would “collectively” identify the professional background and skills desired in a new superintendent, and agreed to solicit community opinion as well during public meetings.

The NJ School Board Assn. rep cautioned that the BOE should not settle by allowing timeline to drive the process. “If you’re not all certain this is the best person, start over.”
