PSE&G crews are repairing a damaged gas lamp that has long created a dark stretch of sidewalk between Harmon Road and Village Green Court. An 87-year-old woman was injured when she fell in the dark on the sidewalk there on Thanksgiving.

At a Halloween event the center’s doors were locked so no one could use restroom facilities. “It was a little embarrassing to have to explain that to people,” said the Founders Park Conservancy president. The Village said an agreement with the developers should come as soon as this week.
