The Item of Millburn and Short Hills is reporting that the Glen Avenue bridge is scheduled to reopen on Friday, June 20.
The continued closure is expected to exacerbate snarled traffic around the Investors Bank 5K taking place in downtown Millburn on Monday evening, June 16.
Glen Avenue has been closed to traffic since February when rehabilitation on the bridge began, causing travel headaches between Millburn and neighboring towns including Maplewood and South Orange.
