From the Paper Mill Playhouse to The Theater Project, The Strollers, and interACT, there will be plenty of live theater to enjoy in Maplewood, Millburn and South Orange this 2014-2015 season.
Paper Mill Playhouse:
- Can-Can, which debuted on Broadway in 1953 and made Gwen Verdon a star, will open Paper Mill Playhouse’s 2014-2015 season. This Broadway-bound revival will October 1 through 26 and stars the Tony-nominated Kate Baldwin as Pistache and Jason Danieley as Aristide. Can-Can will be performed eight times a week: Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m., Thursdays at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., Fridays at 8:00 p.m., Saturdays at 1:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 1:30 p.m. and 7:00 pm. interACT Productions is presenting An Evening with Edgar Allen Poe on August 22 and 24 at The Baird (read more here), followed by:
