The Maplewood Mandala Project continues to take shape at The Woodland. Five Buddhist monks are busy laying the grains of sand meticulously to create the final work of art, which will be unveiled — and then consecrated and dismantled — by the weekend.
The project requires over 30 hours to complete with the monks working up to eight hours per day. Read more here.
