On Thursday, November 17th from 5-8pm, stroll Maplewood’s charming streets and enjoy a little something different in each participating store or restaurant. Merchants will be offering up all sorts of fun; you’ll enjoy wine and cheese, a trunk show, music, dinner specials, unique offers, or a whole host of other holiday treats and surprises!
Additionally, patrons are invited to stop by St. James’s Gate between 8:00 and 8:30 pm for a chance to win one of several prizes sponsored by Village merchants. Show us your receipts from the evening and for every receipt you have, you receive one raffle ticket for a chance to win. Shop to Win! Winners will be announced around 9pm, and entrants need not be present to win.
And, word has it that the Button Patrol will be out during the event so be sure to wear your button. If you don’t have one, stop by participating retail merchants to get your very own. Wear it and win. Read more about the Buttons here.
“There is nowhere more charming to shop during the holidays than Maplewood Village, so we’ve added an event early in the season to showcase our wonderful shops, fabulous restaurants and their seasonal merchandise and menu items. It’s also a reminder to Shop Local, since there’s no better way to shop” said Julie Doran, Manager of the Maplewood Village Alliance. “We hope everyone will grab a friend or two, do some holiday shopping and make a night of it on November 17th.”
