Maplewood Negotiating Redevelopment Plan for 46-Unit Building at Former Gleason Cleaners Site
Maplewood officials are in the final stages of negotiating a redevelopment plan and agreement for a 46-unit residential building at 7 West Parker Ave. The plan would need to go before the Township Committee and Planning Board for approval, while a site plan would then need Planning Board approval, and any financial redevelopment agreement would need TC approval.
