District ‘Closely Monitoring’ Special Education Paraprofessionals’ Pay Cut by Vendor
One parent asked the Board of Education to “stand up for paras who are being devalued and bullied by this cut”, as another explained that the district should look into why the paras were all demoted to Level 1 employees. “When we fail to value experience, our students pay the price.”
