From the Maplewood Police Department:
Today at approximately 8:15 a.m., a student of Seth Boyden School reported that a male had attempted to take his backpack while he was walking to school on Jacoby Street.
The police were contacted and responded. Officers were able to locate the subject, Jordan Jones age 22 of Irvington. After investigation, the subject, was taken into custody and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
