CHS Principal Elizabeth Aaron sent the following email to the school community on 12/14:
Good morning from CHS.
This Saturday, December 17, Dr. Pamela Murray, our Director of Youth Development and Pupil Personnel Services, and I will be at two community locations to answer any questions you have about helping your student make course selection decisions for the 2017-2018 school year. This is a drop-in opportunity to review any of this information or ask any questions you may have. It is not a formal presentation and you may stop in at any time during these hours.
Hours and Locations:
The Hilton Branch Library (Maplewood), 10 am-11 am
The Baird Community Center in South Orange, 12:30-1:30 pm
Columbia High School Cafeteria, 17 Parker Avenue, Maplewood, 12:30-1:30 p.m.
We will have copies of our course selection forms, copies of the SMART goals planner, and copies of our course catalog for students in grades 8-11. All of these materials are also available on our school website guidance page here.

Please remember that course selection sheets are due back to your students’ schools on January 4, 2017. Please reach out to your child’s current teachers and school counselors as well as our content supervisors with questions about the process or courses.
