The South Orange-Maplewood School District is hosting a “Meet and Greet” with Superintendent Dr. John J. Ramos, Sr. on Thursday, September 10, at 7:30 p.m. in the Columbia High School Library.
The meeting is the first in a series of opportunities this fall for parents, guardians and community members to get to know the new superintendent.
The second meeting is the Elementary Schools Town Hall to be held Wednesday, September 30 at 7:30 p.m. at Seth Boyden School.
The third meeting is a Secondary Schools Town Hall to be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, October 22 in the South Orange Middle School auditorium.
Dr. Ramos has also proposed a District-wide summit for November. The date has yet to be announced.
