The following is information from the Maplewood Township website about affordable housing applications for the upcoming Avalon Maplewood apartment complex (corner of Springfield Avenue & Boyden Avenue):
Availability: There will be six (6) affordable rental units. Units are expected to be ready for occupancy in the late summer of 2017. No additional information including sizes, rents or schedule is available at this time. Additional information will be posted on this website in 2017.
There is an existing waiting list and you may submit a Preliminary Application to be added to the waiting list. Make sure you visit your personal Profile page and join the Maplewood rental waiting list.
If you are already on the waiting list for affordable rental units in Maplewood, you do not need to reapply. Request your profile link to see if you are on the waiting list already.
