BOE President Beth Daugherty called the charges “deeply disturbing” but commended the CHS administration’s professionalism and commitment to maintaining a focus on learning in the wake of the arrest and the resulting media attention.
Late Sunday night, acting superintendent Jim Memoli and CHS Principal Elizabeth Aaron emailed a letter to the school community offering parents resources and advice on how to approach the topic with their children. The district is also providing counseling and support for students.
