Pure Barre, which bills itself as “the largest, most established barre franchise in the nation,” has announced a new franchise studio at 225 Millburn Avenue. The studio is expected to open on Monday, March 2, 2015.
Franchise owners Melanie Colman and Molly D’Alessio know what they are doing. The women are Lululemon Ambassadors and recipients of the 2014 Pure Barre Spirit award. They’ve also the operators of a successful Pure Barre franchise in Red Bank, NJ.
“We would like to share our love, dedication and passion with Short Hills-Millburn and surrounding area. The family feeling we have with our team, clients, and neighboring business encompass a Pure Barre life style beyond our greatest expectations, which we would hope to carry on to our second studio in Short Hills-Millburn,” wrote Colman and D’Alessio in a press release.
A quick search for “ballet barre workouts” reveals how this fitness trend has exploded in popularity. For its part, Pure Barre has grown substantially since its inception in 2001. Since it began franchising in 2009, more than 250 Pure Barre studios have opened in 48 states.
