For the second year, Maplewood Memorial Library will be sponsoring Great Decisions, a program of the non-partisan Foreign Policy Association (FPA) and America’s largest discussion group on world affairs. Participants receive a briefing book providing an overview of important international issues, work independently using online resources on the FPA website, then meet to view an FPA background video and discuss the most critical global issues facing America today.
The program is free and open to all. There will be 8 discussion meetings on Wednesday mornings from March 8 to May 3, with a break. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED – Space is limited to 10 participants. Participants must make a serious commitment to attending all sessions and to reading the printed and online materials provided. To register, please email dakaslow@comcast.net
