The South Orange Village Center Alliance hosted a great crowd of 250-plus people at “Spooky” Spiotta Park tonight with some of the most creative costumes you’ll see anywhere.
In addition to all the activities at the park, more than 50 merchants in South Orange are giving out goodies to trick-or-treaters throughout the evening.
