To the Editors:
On November 3, 2015, I will be voting for Pai-Eastman-Freedson for Board of Education for the South Orange-Maplewood School District.
Collectively, these three candidates bring intelligence, compassion and collaboration to our district. I share Madhu’s value of achievement for all students and believe her expertise with the school budget and experience as PTA Executive Board member make her an outstanding leader. I value Wayne’s long history on the board, his community outreach and his collaborative approach to decision making and progress. Peggy’s educational experience in diverse urban schools and her focus on language arts literacy via teacher professional development will further enhance learning opportunities for the variety of student learning styles and skill sets.
Looking forward to a productive year for our district!
