To the Editor:
We’re writing to voice our enthusiastic support for Chris Sabin, candidate for South Orange-Maplewood Board of Education. We’ve known Chris for ten years through youth sports including Packers football, basketball and lacrosse. We share with him a passion for sports as a way for kids to learn teamwork and goal-setting. We know that if Chris is elected to the Board of Education, this district will have the benefit of a leader who listens, brings people together and works hard to get things done.
Chris grew up in Maplewood and has a deep connection to our community. He has three children in our schools and he’s committed to making a contribution to our district in support of his and all of our children. He shares with us and other parents the vision of a district where our students are active and engaged members of the community and where excellence is not just an aspiration but a reality for all students. And he has the skills to turn that vision into an action plan that can be implemented, measured and managed.
I hope you’ll join us in supporting Chris Sabin for Board of Education.
