There will be TWO FALL FLU CLINICS at the Maplewood Municipal Building/ Town Hall (574 Valley Street, Maplewood, NJ):
- Wednesday, October 21st from 10 am- 12 noon.
- Saturday, October 24th, from 10-11:30 am.
$20.00 for all adults 18 years and older. Seniors with Medicare Part B will be accepted. Pregnant women must bring note from MD. Please contact the Maplewood Health Department at (973) 762-8120 x4300 for more information.
