Man Robbed, Assaulted on 44th Street in Maplewood

A man walking on 44th Street Tuesday at around 11:30 p.m was robbed by three men believed to be approximately 20 years old, said Sgt. Christopher Black. Two of the men displayed handguns while demanding the victim’s money, Black said. They reportedly struck the victim in the head once before taking his wallet and fleeing on foot. The victim reported he was not injured.

August 10, 2015; Burglary; During the morning hours, a home on Tuscan Rd was entered through an unsecured window and jewelry stolen.

August 10, 2015; Theft from Auto; At approximately 4:20 PM, a vehicle parked on Laurel Ave had it’s window smashed and a wallet stolen from it.
