Since its soft opening in December 2021, Luxe45 Lifestyle Boutique has been a destination for curated collections of elevated ready-to-wear and athleisure clothes, accessories, and gifts in the heart of downtown Maplewood. Founder and owner Jill Behrman handpicks women-owned labels, eco-conscious companies and brands that are fresh to the marketplace from around the U.S. and abroad. Now shoppers can celebrate its 2-Year anniversary with a winter sale in January offering 30% off storewide.
“When I opened Luxe45, I intended it to be mostly athleisure wear, but over the years my inventory has grown to include some of my favorite ready-to-wear clothing brands, hats, shoes, jewelry and unique gifts. Thank you to everyone in Maplewood and beyond who have supported my boutique!” said Jill Behrman, owner and founder, Luxe45 Lifestyle Boutique.
For the past two years, Luxe45 has established itself as a boutique with fashions no other storefront offers in the Maplewood area. To do so, Jill scours sustainable and women-owned vendors from around the world and travels to retail shows regularly to source quality items with function and form. A former high-end lighting design professional, she provides shoppers a tactile experience—from the store’s signature scent Santal (by the Hotel Collection) to the care in which the team seeks the perfect piece for a customer’s closet or thoughtful present for a loved one.

About Jill Behrman
Jill Behrman is the founder and owner of Luxe45 Lifestyle Boutique. She was raised in South Orange, New Jersey, and went to Parsons School of Design and Cooper Union. After working for design firms in New York City, she moved abroad to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, and ultimately opened a design firm in Puerto Rico. For more than 20 years, she ran a successful 3,000-square-foot lighting showroom in Miami, FL, that featured more than 800 brands worldwide. After Jill sold the business, she set her entrepreneurial sights on returning to New Jersey to launch a new venture–Luxe45 Lifestyle Boutique.
