Abril Cocina, a modern Mexican restaurant that opened in Maplewood Village last spring, will begin serving lunch this week.

Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 4, the restaurant will serve lunch from Tuesday to Saturday from 11.30 a.m. to 2 p.m., said owner and chef Mario Valadez Trevino. Dine-in and take-out are available.
Lunch items include a variety of tacos, Mexican bibimbap, a grilled chicken quesadilla, kids’ entrees and more. There are plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
Abril Cocina’s days and hours:
Lunch Tuesday-Saturday: 11.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Brunch: Sunday 11am to 2pm.
Dinner: Sunday, Tues. – Thurs.: 5pm to 10pm and Friday-Saturday: 5pm to 10pm.
