South Orange Police arrested Jackson Roberts, a 24-year-old South Orange man, on July 7 at around 5:20 p.m. after Roberts allegedly fled from Ashley Market after attempting to steal merchandise and was confronted by the store manager, police said.
Police said Jackson ran onto the train tracks in an attempt to escape.
