South Orange Police Charge Woman in Robbery, Assault at Beauty Supply Store

South Orange Police arrested Nancy Harrison, a 59-year-old East Orange woman on December 13 and charged her with allegedly robbing a beauty supply store and assaulting an employee.

Employees told police that at around 3 p.m., Harrison entered the store, placed a wig on her head and started to walk out of the store without paying. When a store employee confronted Harrison, she allegedly struck her in the fact and ran from the store, said police.

Officers responded and found Harrison the subject in the lobby of 76 South Orange Ave., where she was arrested and charged with robbery.
