Team Eventage, led by South Orange resident Matt Glass, won the trophy for the largest team and the most money raised in the “Spartan Sprint” at Citifield on May 9, a race to raise money to fight Multiple Myeloma.

Glass joined the race in honor of his best friend, Sean Merriam, who is currently battling the disease.
The team, comprised of staff members from Glass’s company, Eventage, as well as friends of Merriam and his wife, raised over $27,000.
Team members hailed from Brooklyn, Lower Manhattan, South Orange and other towns in New Jersey.
