Church Street Residents Raise Concerns as They Await Plans for Traffic Calming

South Orange has hired a consultant to create designs for two concepts for Church Street — one that keeps the road configuration as it currently is and adds safety features, and a second that incorporates safety features and bike lanes to connect to the River Greenway Project.
