The Maplewood Village Alliance will host the 5th Annual Maplewood Art Walk & Music Fest on Sunday September 25th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Maplewood Village. This is a rain or shine event.

This year’s event will feature over 40 local fine artists displaying and selling their handcrafted, original work plus there’s live music by local bands all day long.
The art is the centerpiece of this event and it’s a juried show, judged by three prominent members of the art community. The winner will receive a $200 cash prize; the runner-up will receive a $100 gift certificate from Arturo’s Osteria & Pizzeria.
Beyond the art, there are over 20 Village businesses, as well as various arts and cultural organizations, participating. And let’s not forget all the wonderful art related activities for kids.
“This community is alive with musicians and artists. This perennial favorite event allows these artists to showcase their work and meet people in the community. This day combines the best of the arts and businesses in our area,” says Julie Doran, manager of the Maplewood Village Alliance.
