Cedar Ridge Cafe & Bakery at 410 Ridgewood Road in Maplewood will be open Sundays starting October 18.
“Hours will be 9-2,” wrote Joe Ramaikas, who runs the establishment with wife Felice and business partner Paul Holtzman. “The usual awesome breakfast fare will be offered with the gradual addition over time of other breakfast/brunch items/specials.”
Cedar Ridge Cafe & Bakery has become a community gathering spot since its opening more than five years ago, and an important addition to the burgeoning Ridgewood Row commercial district. Locals flock for the coffee, sconewiches, frittatas, salads, soups, sandwiches and delicious baked goods.
Ramaikas says it will be a great opportunity for Cedar Ridge devotees to get their favorites to “grab and go” on Sundays — as well as Tuesdays through Saturdays.
