At 2:58 p.m. today, the Maplewood Police Department issued an alert asking that “unless it is an emergency, individuals not travel at this time.”
The alert continues: “Over the past few hours multiple vehicles and buses have gotten stuck throughout the township and road conditions are still treacherous. The police department and public works are working hard to keep our residents safe. Please assist us in this effort by staying off of the roadways until they can be properly cleared. The state of Emergency is still in effect.”
