For nearly 20 years, CHS Film Teacher Paul Marigliano has been guiding students to make award-winning films. Rising 8th through 12th graders can extend their learning with summer workshops offered through the South Orange Maplewood Adult School.

“Let’s move forward—not backward—on cannabis policy. Let’s give adults the dignity and space to make responsible choices,” said Mayor Nancy Adams. But several TC members expressed concerns.

The designation considers funding, graduation requirements, music class participation, instruction time, facilities, support for the music program and community music-making programs.

“SOMA Action will be 100% behind whoever wins the primary,” said Co-President of SOMA Action Allison Posner. “Competitive races are good for government accountability and voter engagement, and they don’t have to be divisive. We encourage everyone to get informed and get involved.”
