Former squad member Sharon Schwarz, who volunteered with the Squad for 28 years, and her husband, Jimmy, provided the gift that enabled SORS to purchase the advanced life-support level monitor/defibrillator.

Columbia High School Principal Frank Sanchez says that Maplewood Police were contacted after the graffiti was found in a bathroom in the D wing on Nov. 12. The graffiti read “F Kikes” near a triangle with a small swastika.

“Once more we have had to bear witness to an antisemitic attack, this one in Bondi Beach, Australia. We stand resolutely with our Jewish families and unequivocally condemn this heinous act and all acts of antisemitism, hatred, and intolerance, whether they occur in our community or around the world.”
