Encaustic Painting Workshop: Advanced

Take your encaustic art to the next level and learn advanced techniques such as how to glaze and embellish your paintings with metal, paper, jewelry, stencils (via image transfer) and more. Bring tissue paper in different colors as well as small objects you would like to include in your work (buttons, small jewelry pieces, wiring, wax thread, gold leaf, etc.) and/or copies of photographs (glossy or mat photographs will not work). A materials list will be provided at registration. This workshop is limited to 6 students.
