Conversations on Race: Facing Everyday Racism

May 13, 2015 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Free

We welcome Professor Michael Jeffries, author of Paint the White House Black: Barack Obama & the Meaning of Race in America to lead our community discussion of unintentional expressions of bias and prejudice. This year’s forum will help us all come to terms with daily experiences of bias and stereotyping that are more subtle than the language of traditional, overt racism.
