Classical Piano Music Appreciation: A Duet

Music for one piano, four hands, joins together two people who enjoy the challenge of sitting side by side, sometimes crossing hands, breathing in unison and producing a complex sound on one instrument. KARINA BRUK, a professional musician, and JANET ARMUTH WOLKOFF, a serious amateur, will perform and discuss highlights from the extensive duet literature written for the piano. Among other composers, they will play selections by Mozart, Brahms, Grieg and Rachmaninoff.
